Mapping d'une nouvelle grande ville à Caldey
Ajout d'un Mage Téléporteur dans cette meme ville
Ajout d'une nouvelle map adjacente à Amtenael, Supportant le Housing (Non mappée pour le moment, mais visitable). Il s'agit d'un quartier residentiel ou il sera possible de construire des maisons et de les amenager, moyennant un peu d'argent.

Added a dirty hack into the load method of the regions so I didn't need
to add "isHousingRegion=False" to ALL regions ... wondering if perhaps
we should make a method that sets default values for the regions like
diving, housing etc. and only set it to true in regions where it's needed
